UP-CIFAL PH, QC-PESO sign MoU for partnership on children with migrant parents

UP-CIFAL Philippines and Quezon City Public Employment Service Office (QC-PESO) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), cementing a robust partnership aimed at enhancing public services and fostering community growth for children with migrant parents.

The MoU was officially signed on May 10, 2023 by representatives from both organizations. Director Edna Estifania A. Co signed as representative of UP-CIFAL Philippines, while Mr. Rogelio Reyes signed as representative of QC-PESO.

This MOU signing is a milestone between CIFAL Philippines and the QC PESO’s partnership for the children of migrants and their caregivers. It marks the beginning and the determination of the city’s local government and the premier university to provide migrant-sensitive services and outreach to the community.
