Students from the University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman under UP CIFAL Philippines Director Dr. Edna Co conducted a sustainable development goals (SDG) education and inclusive business ideas outreach project on May 5, 2018 at the Gawad Kalinga PWD Village in Quezon City.
In her opening remarks, Dr. Co highlighted the role of communities and young people in achieving the SDGs.

Fifteen children also participated in the SDG-related activities, including illustration, puzzle, word finder and storytelling.
The event is part of the final class project for the elective course, Public Administration (PA) 191: Sustainable Development Goals (SDG): Localizing in the Philippine Context.
On May 10, Dr. Co and her PA191 students will unveil a tarpaulin showing the 17 SDGs at the UP-National College of Public Administration and Governance (NCPAG) in Quezon City.
