UP CIFAL Philippines is governed by a Board of Representatives chaired by the University of the Philippines President. The Center’s operations are managed by a director jointly appointed by the Board and UNITAR. UP CIFAL Philippines also benefits from the support of both UP faculty and partner institutions, which provide technical and professional expertise for the Center’s training programs, research, and advocacy initiatives.
